Mental Health
A safe, judgement-free space to walk, talk and heal — together.

About the Programme
You do not have to face it alone.
Mental health challenges are often invisible — and for women from racialised communities, stigma and cultural barriers can make it even harder to seek support. Our mental health programme creates a space where women can be honest about how they are feeling without fear of judgement.
All of our sessions are trauma-informed, culturally sensitive and facilitated by people who understand the lived experiences of the women we serve.
