Our programmes are free, safe and open to women from racialised and disadvantaged communities. Whether you want to improve your wellbeing, learn new skills or simply connect with others — we have a space for you.
Mental Health Support
Our weekly wellbeing sessions and community hikes offer a safe, informal space to talk, listen and heal. No referral needed. All languages welcome.
Language and Skills Support
We offer English language support, digital skills and pathways to independence for women who are new to the UK or looking to rebuild their confidence.
