Nature for Health is a unique outdoor initiative supporting the Healthier and Happier Me project. Designed to support individuals living with long-term physical health and mental wellbeing, this program harnesses the restorative power of nature to enhance mental and physical well-being.

Through guided outdoor sessions and immersive nature-based activities like hikes and walks, participants can experience the benefits of fresh air, natural beauty and connecting with nature through nature therapy, all while improving their health and happiness.

Assalamu’Alaykum, I’ve enjoyed attending by the sessions which were very useful and informative ma’sha’Allah. I love connecting with nature and working with my friends to find the different types of trees and flowers. The fresh air really really helped me and the most important thing is the beautiful company of all who attended. I feel the sessions really helped me with my mental health and they gave me useful tips to help cope with anxiety. I don’t think this would have been possible without the great leaders Raziya, Saima and Hira so a huge jazak’Allah khayr to you all. Wishing you all good health and a peaceful break.
