Nature for Health is a unique outdoor initiative supporting the Healthier and Happier Me project. Designed to support individuals living with long-term physical health and mental wellbeing, this program harnesses the restorative power of nature to enhance mental and physical well-being.
Through guided outdoor sessions and immersive nature-based activities like hikes and walks, participants can experience the benefits of fresh air, natural beauty and connecting with nature through nature therapy, all while improving their health and happiness.

Guided Nature Walks & Hikes
Our planned outdoor hikes offer the chance to experience the physical and mental benefits of movement in nature. Led by experienced guides, each walk takes you through scenic routes, promoting mindfulness, relaxation, and gentle physical activity.
