This collaborative project supports individuals living with long-term health conditions such as Diabetes, Hypertension, and COPD. Through group well-being sessions, one-to-one coaching, and fast-track counselling, we help participants manage stress, build resilience, and develop healthier lifestyles. Our personalised approach ensures that emotional and mental well-being is nurtured in a culturally sensitive and inclusive environment.
Raising Awareness, Reducing Inequalities, Supporting Communities.
icare4cancer
ICare4Cancer focuses on tackling cancer inequalities within underserved BME communities by raising awareness, promoting early detection, and improving access to healthcare. This initiative blends creative workshops, holistic well-being sessions, and women-only hikes to support physical and mental health. Monthly “Chai and Cancer Chats” provide a space for open conversations, creating a supportive and informed community dedicated to fostering awareness and prevention.
Healing Through Nature, Growing Together.
Nature for health
Nature for Health brings people together to experience the restorative benefits of nature. Through guided outdoor hikes, nature-based activities, and mindfulness practices, participants can improve their physical and mental health. These sessions encourage reflection, reduce stress, and foster a sense of community while promoting connection to the natural world. Free transport is provided to ensure accessibility for all.

Flourish with Me Time offers a warm, safe space where women can nurture their well-being through creative Henna workshops, self-care activities, and outdoor trips. This project is designed to foster confidence, boost resilience, and promote self-expression, helping participants reconnect with themselves while forming lasting friendships. Guest speakers provide valuable insights on mental health and self-growth, supporting holistic wellness in a relaxed, uplifting setting.
